Exchanges & Returns

Réyne offers complimentary Return & shipping on all orders if the items returned or exchanged are within 14 days from the date that the product was delivered to you as long as the merchandise has not been worn, washed, or altered, with tags still attached and in the original packaging.

* Full Price Items:  Products purchased at full price are eligible for Return&Exchange for a full refund within 14 days from the date that the Product was delivered to you, but no later than 30 days after shipping.

* Promotions:  Products that are purchased with a promotion/sale are eligible for Return&Exchange for a full refund within 7 days from the date that the Product was delivered to you.

* Orders made to individual measurements are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. 

Please note that customs charges are to be paid by the customer.
